Refund Policy
At Yellow Bush Bakery, all orders are freshly made and handled with care.
Due to the custom and pre-order nature of our products, all sales are final. Please ensure that orders are picked up or accepted for delivery within the scheduled date and time frame selected when ordering. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for orders that are not picked up or for orders that are undeliverable and returned to the bakery.
Customer satisfaction is important to us! If there is ever a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items. We will review your concern and issue a full or partial replacement or store credit, as appropriate. Please note that store credits and replacements may be issued as full or partial amounts, depending on the nature of your concern.

Pre-Order & Fulfillment Policy
At Yellow Bush Bakery, all items are baked fresh to ensure quality and freshness.
Pre-Order Schedule
Pre-orders are open Sunday through Thursday each week. All orders placed within this window are scheduled for pickup on the following Saturday.
Shipping Orders
Orders requiring shipping are not subject to the weekly pre-order schedule. These orders will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Pickup Details
Pickup location and instructions will be sent via email 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date. Pickup is available between 12:00 PM – 5:00PM unless otherwise stated. If the scheduled pickup date or time frame does not work for you, please complete our contact form prior to placing your order so we can review possible accommodations.
Orders Outside of Pre-Order Window
Orders placed outside of the Sunday–Thursday pre-order window are subject to limited availability and potential delays. We aim to have these orders prepared for Wednesday pickup; however, this timeframe is not guaranteed. For the best experience, we strongly recommend placing orders during the designated pre-order window.
